Abstract
- The repository contains two example workflows illustrating the analysis of UV-Vis absorption and FRET melting curves. Both follow the data processing and evaluation procedures outlined in the publication and are designed to provide a reproducible reference for spectroscopic analysis of nucleic acid folding transitions.
