Überblick

I am a scientist in the field of biophysics from University of applied science Mittweida with a background in food chemistry. Currently, I am working on the biophotonic characterization of rRNA molecules using single-molecule FRET measurements with a confocal fluorescence real-time microscope, including smPIE-FRET, nsFCS, lifetime and anisotropy analysis.
