Abstract
- Through the analysis of some remarkable works written on the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0 in recent years, the present paper proposes a summary of the key points characterizing the two industrial paradigms, as well as a reflection on the developments that have lead to the need for a transition, and an attempt to identify the main challenges companies and researchers are facing now.
