Abstract
- In today's interconnected global economy, the synergy be-tween employer branding and multicultural workplaces is pivotal. This synergy shapes organizational identity, cul-tivates inclusive environments, and promotes a deep un-derstanding of diverse perspectives, alongside ensuring employee sustainability. This literature review focuses on providing an analysis of employer branding, with a partic-ular connection to employee sustainability. Focusing on existing research, this review explores the interplay be-tween employee well-being and their collective impact on strengthening an employer brand. By examining these re-lationships, this paper aims to provide insights into how organizations can strategically leverage well-being initia-tives to enhance their attractiveness as employers and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
