Abstract
- Efficient use and management of resources and manpower is an important success factor in the organization of non-profit organizations as well as events. But the barriers to entry for available solutions are significant, especially for smaller associations. To overcame that shortcomings a device-independent lightweight mobile system for small non-profit organizations was created. It focuses on the ease of use and application by inexperienced users as well as the provision of key capabilities needed by them. They can improve their efficiency of use of resources and optimizing the coordination within the organization requiring a minimum of technical and financial resource.
